We recognize that each individual’s situation is unique, and we truly value your time. To accommodate your needs, we offer both in-person and virtual appointments based on your preferences. For the initial psychiatric evaluation, we kindly request that you schedule an in-person appointment, as this allows us to gather comprehensive information for your care.
*Please note, with evolving guidelines, if you are currently prescribed medications classified as controlled substances, periodic in-person appointments will be necessary to ensure compliance with these regulations.*
In-Office Individual Therapy Session
$175 for 30 mins
$250 for 60 mins
Evaluation for Medical Cannabis Card (new patients)
$350 for 60 mins
This in-office appointment is for NEW patients only for a psychiatric evaluation to recieve a medical cannabis card, if criteria is met*
Insurance Info
Pellman’s Peaceful Practice accepts a variety of insurance plans, as shown below. To find out your specific copay and deductible information, please contact the number on the back of your insurance card. Our Billing Department will conduct an eligibility check prior to each appointment, though please note that this does not guarantee full coverage for all services. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your coverage, we encourage you to reach out directly to your insurance provider for clarification. Please keep in mind that all copays are due at time of service, but there may be times we are notified of a copay after service is rendered and it will be billed later, that you are responsible for.
